Service Description

You and up to 5 of your friends are about to go on an adventure. One of our trainers will meet with you and your friends, do a modified assessment and then work with you to design a safe and FUN plan for you all to do on your weekly walks, while meeting at the playground, during your lunch break at work......you get the idea. Are you ready? Let's do this!

Cancelation Policy

For cancellations please call 24 hours before your appointment in order to avoid being charged. All appointments that don't cancel, or no show, will be charged the normal hourly rate. Thank you for your consideration.
